I acknowledge that the classes are designed for general fitness and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if I have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.
I agree to listen to my body, move within my personal limits, and stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort. I understand that modifications and options may be offered, but it is my responsibility to choose what is appropriate for my body.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Carly Isleib, the online studio, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in any classes or use of this website, including but not limited to injury, illness, or loss.
I understand that classes are filmed in a home environment and that participation is entirely at my own discretion.
