About
my story.
I’m a Yoga Alliance–certified 200-hour yoga teacher, and what began as a personal practice quickly grew into a calling to help others feel more at home in their bodies.
I left my full-time job to pursue teaching movement full-time because I believe deeply in its power to support both body and mind.
I currently teach in Manchester, CT at The Zen Den and at Club Studio in South Windsor, CT, where I guide a variety of classes including yoga, hot Pilates, rebound, reformer Pilates, and HIIT. In addition to studio classes, I offer online programs, live virtual classes, and private sessions, creating multiple ways for people to move in a way that works for their lives.
At the heart of my teaching is the belief that movement should feel supportive, not intimidating. My approach is rooted in helping people feel strong, capable, and at ease—without pressure to perform or look a certain way. I focus on thoughtful cueing, accessible options, and creating an environment where listening to your body is encouraged.
I created this online studio to bring the feeling of an in-person class into your home: real moments, honest guidance, and space to move with intention. This is a place to show up exactly as you are and leave feeling better than when you started.
If you’re interested in private classes or personalized support, let’s chat—I’d love to connect.
my teaching style.
My teaching style is clear, supportive, and rooted in real movement for real bodies. I offer thoughtful cues and options throughout every class, encouraging you to listen to what your body needs on any given day. The energy is calm and grounded, but never rigid — you’ll find space to move with intention, ease, and a little lightness along the way.
